I think I am back on track and have been on a good diet for two entire days now…sarcasm intended.
Sunday I completed my regular P90X workout (chest and back). I am happy that I am getting better with push-ups, but I’m not sure that I’ll ever have a proper pull-up bar…so who knows?
Last night I did Plyo X and I hate it … but I love it. If I had to do one more froggy squat scoot thing I was going to scream!

JUST BOUGHT THE P90X UPGRADE. LOOKING FORWARD TO THE CHALLENGE. I’M 51 WITH 2 HIP REPLACEMENTS AND GETTING MARRIED IN 5 MOS. HOPE THIS WORKS OUT.
